Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from NoventraMotion. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Customers must contact our support team before sending any item back to receive return instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is approved. Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
